- Please allow between 1-2 working days. We will process your request as fast and as efficiently as possible.
4. What is the production and manufacturing process of ThriVast?
- ThriVast has conducted extensive research into discovering the best and latest in men’s fashion globally. Our role is to hand pick and select exceptional suppliers worldwide. We ensure that our manufacturing focus on quality as well as design innovation for each of our selected garments.
5. What is the delivery process?
- Please allow 1-2 working days for orders to be processed before being shipped out.
- Shipping typically varies from 10 – 30 days depending on your geographical location. Once the goods have cleared customs, a tracking number will be allocated to your specific order via email.
- Please keep your order number for future tracking purposes. In the highly unlikely case of an order taking longer than 60 business days, ThriVast will happily offer you a full refund on your products. Please note for this to be a valid refund, you will need to contact us after 60 working days.
- Our warehouses are located in different geographical locations, this may result in some items being shipped individually, however, this will should not affect the delivery process.
